Employer obligations for OHS
Employers and employees have shared responsibility for OHS in the workplace. While employers have an overarching duty of care to provide and maintain a safe workplace and ensure that employees, other workers and others are protected from health and safety risks, employees have a responsibility to take reasonable care for their own safety and not endanger the safety of others.
